Servo Tester
I took my small, inexpensive, servo tester, shown on left,  took it apart and used only the integrated circuit on the board to make an easier to use box, shown on right.

I removed LEDS, PB switch (under plastic) and the pot, extended wires to my own components as shown.  I already had a box  so just made the cover on my 3D printer.

Batteries are inside so I no longer have to hook up power to the little blue guy, the LEDs are larger, the pushbutton is larger.  I attached a long servo cable instead of using the 3 male pins shown above.  The small tester was hard to use.  In addition to the LEDs and pushbutton, the entire device was too small, and the plastic covering was very slippery.
